We are proud to report that recent flooding in the area did not impact our site, allowing us to continue construction ahead of schedule.

Naturale Pool Villas Construction Update.

As of 23th May 2024

May construction update for all partners and clients.

We are pleased to announce the piling, foundations, pool structure and beams for the first two sold villas is complete and the piling for the rest of the villas will be complete in the coming months .

Villa 2 & 14 will have a complete full walk through structure with walls and roof in the next 4-8 weeks and this is when we will have the next official price increase.

Villas 10 & 12 construction starting next month.

As soon as your deposit and first installment is paid work is ready to start immediately on all new villa purchases.

Expected build time from the first payment is approx 12 months but we can build quicker or slower depending on your time frame within reason.
